Dear Friends in the Korean American community:

I am writing to you to inform you of my support for Mr. Jim Webb to be the next United States Senator for Virginia. The election is Tuesday, November 7 th and Mr. Webb is the Democratic candidate.

Mr. Webb is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy. He served his nation as a decorated Marine Corps officer during the Viet Nam war. He continued his service as a high-ranking Defense Department official and finally as the Secretary of the Navy.

Now Mr. Webb is running to be a strong voice for Virginia in both national and foreign policy. He has the independence and intelligence to give us a new direction on Capitol Hill. He will stand up to the current leadership and stop the mistakes of the past. I have met and spoken with him many times and believe he is honest and trustworthy in pursuing these goals.

The Korean community of Virginia has the chance to stand behind a patriotic American who fought for our country. On Tuesday, November 7th, I ask you to vote for Jim Webb for U.S. Senate.
